Internal Reports

Internal reports provide authorized university administrators with access to additional institutional data and analyses not available in IRSA’s public reporting resources. These tools are designed to help leaders better understand and manage their colleges, divisions, departments, and programs.

Should I have access to Internal Reports?

Internal reports are intended for university leaders and administrative decision-makers, including deans, department heads, directors, and other authorized personnel.

Access is granted based on institutional role and business need. Individuals in approved roles who have completed the necessary materials will automatically receive access. Requests from other personnel are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

How can I get access to Internal Reports?

UTK uses a permission process for access to internal data resources. To request access to IRSA data resources, complete the Academic Reports Access Form

After you submit the electronic form, an approval email is automatically sent to your supervisor.

After your supervisor approves the request, you will be added to the appropriate security groups, which will grant access to the requested resources.
