Dashboards provide detailed information on student and faculty data. They are updated regularly at the corresponding census date (Enrollment, Retention & Graduation Rates, and Faculty) or after the end of a term (Degrees & Certificates Awarded).

About: Census data (frozen on 14th day of each term) feed these reports and align with data reported to Federal, State, and Accrediting organizations.
Retention and Graduation Rates
For some cohort years, IPEDS allowable exclusions were applied (e.g., Fall 2018 = 3, Fall 2019 = 3, Fall 2020 = 2, Fall 2022 = 2). Resulting in a mismatch in enrollment cohort size and retention cohort size. For more information on IPEDS allowable exclusions see this link.
In the cases listed below, rounding to the whole number will round in the wrong direction:
- 2019 Fall Cohort – Graduated in 6yrs – Report shows 74.5% but the actual percentage is 74.47% which rounds to 74%.
- 2017 Fall Cohort – Graduated in 6yrs – Report shows 73.5% but the actual percentage is 73.49% which rounds to 73%.
Faculty
Faculty data is frozen annually on November 1st and reflects only faculty active on that date.
